Two people have been injured on Sunday afternoon after their vehicle impacted against a traffic light on the LZ-20 road as it passes through the town of Tiagua, according to information from CECOES.
The incident has taken place around 5:00 p.m., at which point the 112 Emergency Coordination Center has received a call alerting about the accident.
To the scene, two SUC ambulances, one medicalized and another of basic life support, have quickly deployed, as well as firefighters from the Emergency Consortium, Local Police, Civil Guard, and Civil Protection.
When emergency resources arrived at the scene of the accident, both occupants of the vehicle were outside of it.
Additionally, agents of the Civil Guard and the Local Police have regulated and diverted traffic, since the crashed car remained in the middle of the road. For this reason, the rest of the vehicles were diverted by secondary roads of the town.
