Two vehicles collided, one of them overturned and the other went off the road this Saturday in Costa Teguise, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The occupants of both vehicles got out on their own and were assisted at the scene without needing to be transferred to Molina Orosa.
The accident took place around 9:37 PM on Avenida de Las Palmeras near the gas station in the tourist town. After being alerted by the CECOES, agents from the Guardia Civil, the Local Police, firefighters, and two ambulances, one with vital support and another medicalized, from the Canarian Emergency Service, were dispatched.
Emergency personnel were responsible for placing the vehicle on its four wheels, disconnecting the battery, moving it to the shoulder, and subsequently cleaning the roadway of accident debris.
For their part, the police agents secured the area, regulated traffic, and carried out the corresponding report.
