A paraglider has been moderately injured after suffering a fall on the Tinasoria Mountain Road in Tías. The accident occurred at 12.34 this Saturday when the CECOES was alerted.
The Emergency Consortium, a basic life support ambulance from the SUC, Civil Guard, Civil Protection and Local Police have traveled to the scene.
The firefighters have accessed the site where the affected person was, provided first aid and evacuated him to the area where the ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service was waiting.
The health personnel has assisted the injured person who presented moderate injuries, except for complications. Once stabilized, he has been transferred in the ambulance to the José Molina Orosa Hospital.
