This Monday, a deceased cyclist was found in the municipality of Teguise, according to CECOES. The discovery took place at 12:48 hours on Vicente Guerra street, which connects Guatiza with Los Cocoteros. He is a 55-year-old man of British origin.
It was a person who found the athlete unconscious who alerted 112. Two ambulances, one medicalized and one with basic life support, and the Civil Guard were dispatched to the scene.
Once at the scene, the medical personnel could only confirm his death.
The Civil Guard has initiated the corresponding proceedings and has taken charge of the body until the arrival of the judicial authority.
