Volunteer firefighters from Lanzarote (Boluntis) and Civil Protection of Tías have mobilized to rescue a cat that was trapped in a wall on the island.
Alerted by the Local Police, both bodies have been mobilized to go to a house in the town of Puerto del Carmen, to try to rescue the animal that had been trapped.
Once at the scene, they checked the entry holes in the wall and confirmed that the animal was inside and in good condition.
In order to free it, they made a hole in the wall where the animal was to be able to extract it without causing damage. This maneuver was performed with a special loop for animal rescue.
Once the rescue was carried out, it was handed over to the owners.
