A car caught fire this Sunday in Arrecife, as reported by the Emergency Consortium. At around 5:00 p.m., CECOES was alerted to the fire of a vehicle in the Eurospar parking lot on León y Castillo street in the capital of Lanzarote.
Apparently, the fire was caused by a mechanical failure of the vehicle. The driver was able to get out of the car unharmed.
Agents of the National Police, Local Police and firefighters went to the scene. When the firefighters arrived, the car was completely on fire.
