An 18-year-old tourist is in serious condition after accidentally falling from a balcony of a hotel in Costa Teguise, La Voz has learned.
The events took place early this Tuesday morning when the boy, who was on vacation on the island, fell from a great height from the Apartamentos Galeón Playa hotel in the tourist town.
Once the CECOES was alerted, agents of the Civil Guard, the Local Police and a medicalized ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service were dispatched to the scene.
The medical personnel assisted the injured person and, once stabilized from the injuries he suffered, he was evacuated to the Doctor José Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife.
