The Lanzarote Classical Orchestra Association, with the sponsorship of the Department of Culture of the Arrecife City Council and the Cabildo of Lanzarote, announces the celebration of the IX Arrecife Classical Concerts Cycle. This prestigious event will take place at the Agustín de la Hoz House of Culture on March 20 and 27, as well as April 3 and 10, always at 8:00 p.m.

This edition will feature the participation of internationally renowned musicians, offering the public a unique experience of music and poetry. The first concert will be given by the renowned cellist Ángel Luis Quintana, from the National Orchestra of Spain, accompanied by the international pianist Miguel Ángel Castro.

The second event will bring together the Canadian director and violinist Alexandre Da Costa with the pianist and researcher Josu Okiñena. In April, the cycle will continue with two concerts. The first will feature the performance of the OCL String Quintet, a regular formation in these cycles and with an outstanding career.

The closing of this IX edition will be in the hands of the Lanzarote violinist Pablo Araya, who will share the stage again with Josu Okiñena. Under the title "Music and Poetry", this cycle merges musical talent with literature, integrating the participation of three poets residing in Lanzarote: Mercedes Minguela, Tere Perera and Fabio Carreiro, who will share introductory poems in each concert, further enriching the sensory experience of the attendees.

One of the most outstanding aspects of these concerts is the closeness between the musicians and the public, offering interpretations of great virtuosity and a profound emotional impact. Tickets for the IX Arrecife Classical Concerts Cycle are now available on the website official of the event.
