The Traditional Meeting of the Elderly, organized by the Government of the Canary Islands with the collaboration of the Cabildo of Lanzarote and the Department of the Elderly of the City Council of Arrecife, directed by Rosmen Quevedo, culminated this Thursday the activities programmed for the elderly of Arrecife for the Canary Islands Day.
A Meeting held at the Day Center for the Elderly of Arrecife that had an excellent participation as it happened with the Canarian ball tournament and the cultural visit to the César Manrique Foundation.
The activities have been organized by the Department led by Rosmen Quevedo, who reiterates his gratitude "to all the people who have wanted to get involved in these events programmed to enhance our Canarian identity, both to those of us who were born here and to those who have chosen the Canary Islands as their place to live."
