The Jameos International Humor Festival (FIHJ) continues to consolidate its commitment to bringing some of the most successful comedy shows on the national scene to Lanzarote with the arrival of Marta González de Vega who, on August 8, at 8:00 PM, will perform the acclaimed comedy "De Caperucita a loba en solo 6 tíos" at the Auditorio Jameos del Agua.
Having become one of the biggest phenomena in comedy theater in Spain, the play has surpassed 500,000 spectators over ten seasons of uninterrupted success, has toured internationally, and has made the leap to the big screen with a film adaptation. Furthermore, its creator and star has been recognized with awards such as the Berlanga Award for Best Showwoman and the Public MET Award for Best Monologue, consolidating a show that has become a benchmark in contemporary comedy.
Written and performed by Marta González de Vega, one of the most outstanding screenwriters and playwrights on the Spanish scene, the show offers a fun emotional journey through six stories, six relationships, and a transformation as unexpected as it is recognizable: going from being Little Red Riding Hood to becoming a She-Wolf. The artist masterfully combines stand-up comedy, theatrical performance, and music to create a dynamic, intelligent production full of complicity with the audience.
With an ironic yet relatable perspective, the play deconstructs the myths of romantic love and analyzes sentimental relationships through humor, demonstrating that the best way to face failures, disappointments, and the most absurd situations in love is to learn to laugh at oneself. A show designed for all adult audiences, regardless of their gender or age, in which any spectator can see themselves reflected.
The performance is part of the Jameos International Humor Festival program, an event that, between July 2026 and January 2027, will bring together prominent names in comedy at Jameos del Agua such as Jorge Ávila, Ricardo Quevedo, Susi Caramelo, Goyo Jiménez, Kike Pérez, Didac Flores, Mikel Herzog, and Darío López, consolidating this emblematic Lanzarote venue as one of the great comedy stages in the Canary Islands.
The show is recommended for ages 14 and up. Tickets are now on sale at ecoentradas.com.
