The Argentinian singer María Becerra, who was going to perform next Saturday, July 26 in Lanzarote as part of the Lava Live Fest, has suspended her tour of North America and Spain for health reasons.
The 25-year-old artist suffered an ectopic pregnancy last Thursday, April 24, the second since November of last year, which resulted in internal bleeding and, according to her own family, caused a risk to her life. At that time, she had to be admitted to a hospital in Buenos Aires.
After this first news, the artist's team announced this past Tuesday the suspension of all her announced performances so far and that she will also postpone all her promotional agenda.
The production of the festival in Lanzarote has indicated that those who are affected by this change can request a refund of tickets through incidencias@tickety.es, between May 16 and 25. Thus, Lava Live Fest has highlighted that it is working to close a new artist.
"The absolute priority is to take care of María's health, who currently cannot make prolonged trips or assume significant physical efforts," her team said in a statement published on social networks.
These conditions "prevent offering the shows with the level of delivery and artistic excellence that the public deserves." Thus, in the aforementioned statement, they have thanked the affection, understanding and respect of the fans, promoters and teams involved.
