The voices, the costumes and the talent of the protagonists, a careful artistic direction and a grandiose staging were the main ingredients of one of those nights that are remembered over time. And the truth, without a doubt, is that it was.
For just over three hours, the stage of the volcanic tube was transformed into Mozart's 17th century city of Seville, where the adventures and misadventures of Don Giovanni took place, an arrogant, manipulative and seductive nobleman who was embroidered by a brilliant Borja Quiza. The Lanzarote native Pancho Corujo, Don Ottavio, enjoyed and made his audience enjoy in a role that fit him like a glove.
Artists and audiences became accomplices in a brilliant and colossal representation of one of the absolute masterpieces of the history of Western music, which also marked the irruption of the genre in the cultural programming of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers.
