The singer from Almería, David Bisbal, put the finishing touch on the festivities in honor of San Ginés in Arrecife on the night of August 25th. According to figures provided by the city council, the artist behind hits like A partir de hoy or Dígale managed to gather 30,000 people on the esplanade of the fairgrounds in the capital of Lanzarote.
Bisbal was the star performance of the San Ginés festivities, where he appeared as part of his Eternos 2026 Tour. The Andalusian shared some of his career's greatest hits with the audience, hits that propelled him after his participation in the first edition of Operación Triunfo.

The Arrecife City Council also estimated that around 50,000 people lined the city's coastline to enjoy the fireworks display that traditionally bid farewell to the patron saint festivities.

David Bisbal's performance on stage and the spectacular fireworks display have undoubtedly contributed to the brilliant culmination of Patron Saint Festivities worthy of the third capital of the Canary Islands and its people,” highlights the deputy mayor and councilor for Festivities of the city, Echedey Eugenio”.

After almost two hours of performance, the singer who emerged from Operación Triunfo brought his brilliant concert to a close with one of his iconic songs. After his 'Ave María', the sky of Arrecife lit up with a fireworks display that dazzled the approximately 50,000 people gathered along the coast of the Lanzarote capital.
This was the finishing touch to unforgettable San Ginés Festivities, which during these days have made Arrecife feel proud to be the third most important capital in the Canary archipelago. Festivities organized by the council led by deputy mayor Echedey Eugenio, in collaboration with other municipal departments, culminated in grand style.
