The Murcian singer-songwriter, Alejandro Córdoba, has presented, with the help of the Lanzarote production company FILMS CANARIAS, his first video clip of his song 'The signals I didn't see'. The singer-songwriter, based in Lanzarote for more than 25 years, arrived on the island like so many people for work reasons, but it was love at first sight. It only took a few months to decide to stay in this paradise that is Lanzarote.
As it could not be otherwise, the video is recorded entirely on the island, discovering to anyone who wants to take a look at it, spectacular corners, although only a small sample of this wonderful volcanic island. In addition, after this release, he is immersed in the production of several of his own songs, and hopes to release his first CD throughout this year 2024.
He develops his profession in the field of architecture, while finding time for his passion, which is music. For some years now, he has been composing and producing his own songs from what he already considers his home. A passionate of romantic music and, of course, of his great idol Julio Iglesias, he develops his themes in this style, from the island of Lanzarote, a place that inspires him.
His origin in music has to do with a mythical song by Los Secretos, 'Déjame'. That at 14 years old led him to buy his first guitar that he still keeps. after that, by a group of youth, called 'Audiencia Pérdida', there in Murcia.
With the help of Carmen Ariza, he has participated in numerous radio programs from Bragado and Río tercero for Argentina, in addition to participating in the Israel ROMAISCO program, 'Solo acústico', from Salamanca Guanajuato, México. He has participated with Luz Pavón for her program MIXSISTER'S that was broadcast in more than 40 stations in Spain and America. He has participated in a musical space of Radio Joven from La Línea de la Concepción, Cádiz, and collaborates regularly with the program of 'Radio Despí', of MGT, directed by Carmen. He has also participated on several occasions in the program of Carlos Mena, from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Among his compositions he has a collaboration with the writer and composer Carlos Villarrubia, creating the theme violins in the fog, which today is the theme song of the radio program 'A pura alma' on Radio Despí, in Barcelona. It should also be noted that one of his songs, 'A veces', was presented as a candidate for the Latin Grammy Awards in 2023.
