The First Section of the Provincial Court of Las Palmas will try a man in Arrecife next Monday, November 27, accused of sexually abusing a nine-year-old girl.

Meanwhile, on a second occasion, "he allegedly masturbated in the presence of the minor, put her on her knees in front of him and inserted his penis into her mouth, moving her head back and forth."
The minor has since suffered moral damages such as anguish, fear, bewilderment, panic, shame, discomfort and unease.
Thus, he was in pre-trial detention from September 29, 2021 to March 15, 2022.
The Public Prosecutor's Office in its indictment asks for twelve years in prison for the man with the corresponding absolute disqualification during the term of the sentence for a continued crime of sexual abuse of a minor under sixteen years of age.
In addition, he also requests special disqualification for an office or position that involves the care or custody of minors for twelve years, a ban on approaching the victim, her home, place of work or any other place frequented by her for 22 years, as well as a ban on communicating for the same time.
