The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa organizes a free course on digital marketing and website creation aimed at unemployed people between 16 and 29 years old registered in the Youth Guarantee. The training will be given in person from the end of September to November and the registration period to participate is now open. This action is part of the Qualification and Employment Program (PICE), aimed at young people, and has the support of the Employment Area of the Cabildo de Lanzarote and the European Social Fund.
"The area of marketing and website creation is one of the trainings that has the most job opportunities", explains the Chamber. The course includes information to develop a commercial strategy and a marketing plan based on a previous market study.
In addition, the course integrates the creation of web pages using the Wordpress content management system and explains the necessary tools for positioning the page on the internet (SEO), the management of a digital store with the Woocommerce platform, copywriting techniques, use of social networks and planning of advertising campaigns.
