The Ministry of Universities, Science and Innovation and Culture establishes ten additional calendar days for the submission of applications for the call for scholarships and grants for undergraduate, master's and higher artistic studies in public centers corresponding to the 2026-2027 academic year.
The application period began on July 7 and was initially scheduled to end on August 6. The new date facilitates students completing the process during the summer period.
This year's call incorporates improvements such as the increase to 3,000 euros for the residence grant and the inclusion of public higher artistic studies. In addition, it maintains the grants linked to academic excellence and the second chance, which allows students who have changed their degree to access the scholarship.
Interested individuals can complete the process through the electronic headquarters of the Government of the Canary Islands.
