Looking ahead to the July and August 2026 holidays, the accommodation searches of Spanish travelers outline a ranking of the most in-demand municipalities in the archipelago, headed by the two capitals: Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, both with an average price of 108 euros per night, according to a study by the accommodation company Holidu.
Regarding Lanzarote, there are four destinations that are among the most searched. Teguise occupies position 11, Tías position 12, Yaiza position 14 and Arrecife is in position 18.
But if we look at the median price per night in July and August, Yaiza is the most expensive destination among the 25 in the ranking with an average rate of 260 euros, while Tías occupies the second position with an average price of 172 euros.
Teguise is, for its part, the fifth destination with the highest rate (154 euros). The third, after Yaiza and Tías, is Adeje, where the average price rises to 166 euros; and the fourth is Agaete (156 euros).
Arrecife occupies position 17 in price with an average rate of 118 euros per night.
Holidu's summer price index ranks the municipalities of the Canary Islands according to their popularity and indicates, next to each one, the median rate per night. The data corresponds to stays with check-in dates between July 4 and August 30, 2026.
At the opposite end to Yaiza and Tías, the lowest rates correspond to Icod de los Vinos (95 euros), Los Llanos de Aridane (101 euros) and Puerto del Rosario (101 euros).
