The number of available vacation homes this October fell by almost 500 units from 8,016 in October 2024 to 7,578 last month, according to data provided by the Lanzarote Data Center.

Furthermore, if last year the homes reserved during October amounted to 7,703, this October they were 6,669, which means 1,034 fewer units.

In addition, the **average rate fell by 11.4%**, from the 184 euros charged on average per night last year to 163 this year.

The rate that fell the most was that of vacation rentals with eight or more spaces, which dropped by 18.4%, from 521 euros in 2024 to 425 last October.
