The five and four-star hotels of Lanzarote are again reducing prices in February compared to last year.
This is confirmed by the latest monthly report from the tourism intelligence company Mabrian Technologies, published by the State Mercantile Society for the Management of Innovation and Tourist Technologies (Segittur).
The hotels of five stars reduced in February their prices 3% compared to the same month last year to 338 euros per night.
In January the reduction was 2% with respect to January 2025 and the night was charged on average at 343 euros.
In December of 2025 they had frozen prices (290 euros per night, the same as in December of the preceding year) and of lowering prices also in October (-11%) and November (-4%) with respect to the same months of the preceding year.
For their part, hotels of four stars reduced their prices by 1% in February compared to last year to 225 euros per night. The previous month charged an average of 217 euros per night, a 4% less than twelve months ago.
These hotel establishments had already reduced prices in November by 4% compared to the previous year to 206 euros, although they were able to raise them in December by the same percentage (+4%) to 199 euros per night.
The hotel satisfaction index offered by Mabrian Technologies for February in Lanzarote fell by 6.2% compared to last year to 57.3 points.
For its part, the Global Tourism Perception Index (GTPI) fell by 9.9% to 69.6 points. This index measures the general level of visitor satisfaction with Lanzarote on Twitter, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Expedia and Booking.com.
For its part, the satisfaction index with security in Lanzarote dropped 1.3 points in December to 96.2 points.
