The Centers seek company for advertising and media presence

The contract is for half a million euros for the next two years, but it can be extended for two more years and reach one million euros

The Centers of Art, Culture and Tourism have just published the documents of the tender for the Media Planning service, execution of media plans and purchase of spaces in advertising media for the communication and dissemination actions of the Entity's institutional campaigns.

This tender will allow the Entity to have a comprehensive service that facilitates the planning, management, and evaluation of its advertising campaigns, as well as a coherent coordination of its institutional, cultural, and tourism communication actions.

The counselor of the Tourist Centers, Ángel Vázquez, has pointed out that this tender is a “milestone of organization that will help us optimize our advertising investment through a strategy that guarantees effectiveness and efficiency in the dissemination of messages, and transparency, competition, and control in contracting”.

The contract will have an initial duration of two years, counting from the date of formalization, with the possibility of establishing two additional extensions of one year. It has a budget of 500,000 euros, VAT not included. Bases, plazos y más información about this procedure.
