According to IAG Auction, approximately 40 expressions of interest have been attended and several offers have been received, some for a value higher than that of the privileged credit, "which would be good news for the rest of the creditors of the bankruptcy" in which the hotel is located.
Finally, they point out that "in order to contribute to a competitive process guaranteeing due publicity and transparency for the benefit of the contest, and as stated in the liquidation plan, the extrajudicial auction is published on the portal of the Specialized Entity IAG Auction on this Saturday's date.
Those interested in participating in the auction must pay a deposit. The terms and conditions are available at www.iagauction.com.
