During the month of November, five-star hotels charged 4% less per room than they had requested in the same month of 2024, which adds to the reduction made the previous month.
This is confirmed by the latest monthly report from the tourism intelligence company Mabrian Technologies, published by the State Commercial Society for the Management of Innovation and Tourism Technologies (Segittur).
Last month the drop was more substantial. In October, the five-star hotels in Lanzarote charged an average of 297 euros per night, 11% less than they charged in the same month last year.Four-star hotels also charged 4% less in November, at 206 euros per night, compared to the same month in 2024Instead, **three-star** hotels increased their prices last month by 3% to 129 euros per night compared to the previous year.
The hotel satisfaction index offered by Mabrian Technologies for November in Lanzarote indicates a 1-point increase compared to last year, reaching 61.3 points.
The Global Tourist Perception Index (GTPI) also rose to **75.7** points, 0.7 more than last year. This index measures the overall level of visitor satisfaction with Lanzarote on Twitter, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Expedia, and Booking.com.For its part, the satisfaction index with **security** in Lanzarote fell 1.5 points in October to **94.6** points.
