With the arrival of the summer high season, the airline Air Nostrum has decided to increase operations with the Lanzarote airport, with new routes that will connect Arrecife with Vigo, Valladolid, Malaga and Valencia starting on July 22.
With the Galician city, the frequencies will be on Wednesdays and Sundays, while with the Castilian city, the days of operation will be Mondays and Fridays. Meanwhile, the routes from the capital to the airports of Malaga will have two weekly frequencies, while Valencia will have four flights each week during the summer peak.
The rest of the Canary archipelago will also enjoy new routes within the Air Nostrum company. Specifically, Alicante will have connections with Las Palmas (3 frequencies) and with Tenerife North (4), Santiago de Compostela will have two frequencies with Tenerife and three with Las Palmas, León will enjoy two weekly frequencies (Tuesday and Thursday) with Gran Canaria.
Finally, the airline will also connect Gran Canaria with Melilla with two weekly frequencies on Tuesdays and Saturdays and with Palma de Mallorca with as many on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
More routes at national and international level
The airline will also have eleven routes in the Balearic archipelago starting on July 22, with routes from the three island positions to Zaragoza, Pamplona, Melilla and Badajoz, Malaga, Vigo, Valladolid and Lérida.
For its part, the Santander airport will also enjoy new connections with two weekly frequencies, on Wednesdays and Sundays, with Granada, Vigo and Jerez. At the international level, Air Nostrum opens routes between Spanish tourist cities such as Mallorca, Ibiza, Malaga and Valencia, with airports in France and Switzerland.
All these flights are already on sale on the Iberia website and in travel agencies, with the aim of covering the high demand for holiday tourism this summer.
