The square meter of homes for sale in Costa Teguise reached an average of 3,909 euros in May, the highest price in its history, according to the price index from idealista.com.
The price registered in May in the coastal town of Teguise is 2.3% higher than the previous month, when it cost 3,822, and 9.1% more expensive than a year ago when its price was 3,584 euros.
Thus, an 80-square-meter apartment currently costs an average of 312,720 euros in Costa Teguise, while a year ago the average price was 286,720 euros, which is equivalent to an increase of 26,000 euros for the property.
The previous historical maximum for housing in the tourist town of Teguise occurred last July, when the square meter reached 3,737 euros.
Subsequently, prices slowly decreased in August, September, October, and November, when the square meter reached 3,460 euros, but began an upward trend again in December of 2025 until the present.
In the municipality of Teguise as a whole, the square meter reached 3,233 euros in May, slightly less than the previous month (-2.1%), but 18.6% more expensive than in May of last year when it cost an average of 2,727 euros.
