The square meter in Lanzarote marked 2,972 euros in February, which represents 34 euros less than it cost twelve months ago when it stood at 3,006 euros, according to data from the real estate portal idealista.com.
By municipalities, prices have fallen in Arrecife and Yaiza, have risen in Teguise and Tías, and have soared in Haría and San Bartolomé. As is usual, there are not enough data for Tinajo.
In Arrecife, the square meter is currently at 2,208 euros on average, which represents 63 euros less than what it marked in February 2025 when it amounted to 2,271 euros.
Also Yaiza experiences a slight decrease in prices compared to last year. In February, the average price per square meter marked 3,572 euros, that is, 37 euros less than it cost twelve months ago when it reached 3,609 euros.
The largest increases have occurred in Haría and San Bartolomé. The price per square meter in the north has gone from marking little more than 2,000 euros at the beginning of 2025 to cost 3,002 euros last month.
Prices in San Bartolomé have also exploded in the last year although somewhat less than in Haría. In the municipality that includes Playa Honda, the square meter is in the present at 2,937 euros, while at the beginning of last year it marked 2,129 euros.
Next, Teguise, where the average price per square meter has gone from marking 2,593 euros at the start of 2025, to costing 2,962 euros currently.
Tías, for its part, experiences a slight rise compared to last year by going from 3,724 euros in February of last year to 3,746 at the moment.
