The Tías Town Hall has approved the bases that will govern the call for the permanent filling of three maintenance operator positions in general, vacant in the permanent labor staff.
The selection will be made through the open competition system and the positions are part of the 2026 Public Employment Offer, approved last April.
The positions called belong to professional group E and are endowed with the remuneration provided for in current legislation, including salary, triennia, extraordinary payments, and corresponding allowances. The call is open to anyone who meets the required conditions, including having a Primary Studies Certificate or an equivalent qualification and holding a class B driving license.
The selection process will consist exclusively of a competitive examination phase comprising three exercises, all of which are mandatory and eliminatory. Candidates must pass a 40-question multiple-choice quiz, the written development of a specific topic chosen by lottery, and the resolution of a practical case study related to the specific duties of the position.
The bases also include measures to guarantee the equal opportunities for people with disabilities, who may request the necessary adaptations of time and means to carry out the tests, provided they are compatible with the duties of the position and are duly justified by the corresponding documentation.
In addition to filling the three permanent positions, the Town Hall will establish a reserve list with candidates who pass the selection process and do not obtain a position. This pool will be valid for five years and will allow for future temporary hiring needs for replacements, fixed-term programs, or task accumulation, both within the Tías Town Hall itself and, in certain cases, in other public administrations adhering to collaboration agreements.
