The Cabildo of Lanzarote has made official the provisional list of aspiring persons admitted and excluded within the selection process for the coverage of six positions of Administrative Assistant as permanent civil servants, through the competitive examination system by the open access turn.
The procedure, corresponding to the Public Employment Offers of the years 2022 and 2023, thus enters a new key phase after the resolution issued by the CEO of Human Resources of the insular corporation.
Starting this Thursday, October 8, a period of 10 business days will be opened for those persons who have been provisionally excluded or who detect errors in the transcription of their data to correct the correctable defects or present the corresponding allegations.
Once the claims period has passed, the insular corporation will publish the resolution approving the definitive list and the official composition of the qualifying tribunal will be announced, as well as the date, time, and place of the first exam, marking the start of the selection tests.
The first exercise will consist of a multiple-choice test on the general and specific syllabus of the administrative scale, with a time limit for response and where errors penalize. The second, will focus on the resolution of a hypothetical or practical case aimed at evaluating the competencies and technical application of the applicable administrative regulations in local administration.
Those applicants who have passed the competitive examination phase will move on to the merits phase. In this stage, the tribunal will evaluate the merits accredited by the participants in their initial application.
The aspiring persons who pass the competitive examination tests but do not obtain a permanent position due to quota limitations will be integrated into the insular reserve list. This pool will be used by the Cabildo of Lanzarote to make temporary appointments and cover interim absences or needs in the institution.
