The General Treasury of the Seguridad Social, through the Provincial Directorate of Las Palmas, has put up for public auction for the third time a plot of 298 square meters for 67,723 euros in Lanzarote. The land to be auctioned is located on Alfonso XIII street, number 1, in the municipality of San Bartolomé.
For the moment, the urban planning conditions of the plot are not known, so interested parties will have to ask at the Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé how the property is included in the urban planning.
The interested parties will have to deposit a guarantee of 3,386 euros, 5% of the tender. In addition, the property title may be examined by the interested parties in the office of the Provincial Directorate of the Tesorería de la Seguridad Social in Las Palmas, until 12:00 on May 13.
The auction will take place in Gran Canaria, at the headquarters of the Dirección Provincial de la Seguridad Social, located on Pérez del Toro street, number 89 and will be at 10:00 AM on May 14.
In this auction, those persons who have requested or are declared in insolvency proceedings, who have been declared insolvent, who are subject to judicial intervention, or have been disqualified by the Insolvency Law may not participate. Additionally, it will be possible to participate in the auction as a group if the different requirements established in the call. are met.
