The Consume Lanzarote 2025 voucher program, promoted by the Cabildo of Lanzarote with the support of FELAPYME, has concluded its sales phase with the sale of all 12,900 vouchers issued in just 12 minutes.
The initiative, which is celebrating its fourth edition, aims to incentivize, reactivate, and digitize local commerce, favoring the recovery and consolidation of the island's economic fabric.
"Once again, it has been greatly received by the public, confirming its total effectiveness as a tool to boost consumption, generate wealth in businesses, and contribute to the creation and maintenance of employment in Lanzarote and La Graciosa," the Cabildo concludes.
The Commerce Councilor of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Armando Santana, stated that "this result, which is repeated for the fourth consecutive year, demonstrates the Cabildo's commitment to the island's commerce. The success achieved reaffirms the importance of continuing to promote policies of direct support to establishments, which constitute an essential engine of employment, social cohesion, and economic prosperity. From the Cabildo, we continue to bet on commerce in a clear way, with measures that generate a direct and positive impact on the island's economy."
In this sense, the president of the Cabildo, Oswaldo Betancort, emphasizes that "in this edition, 774,000 euros are directly injected into local commerce, a figure that will directly impact the affiliated establishments." "All of this," adds Betancort, "within the strategy of reactivating commerce that also includes a campaign of support and promotion to this sector under the umbrella of 'Consume Lanzarote', incentivizing economic activity and strengthening the local economy."
The Consumer Area invites businesses to continue joining this initiative until October 31 through the page. Likewise, consumers are reminded that the deadline to redeem the vouchers is November 15, 2025.
