The San Bartolomé City Council has opened the bidding period to award a framework agreement for the logistical, technical, and operational management of its agenda of non-musical and non-sporting events.
The tender, channeled electronically through the Public Sector Procurement Platform, has an annual base budget of approximately 121,500 euros and plans to accommodate a maximum of five companies from the sector.
The formula chosen by the council is a framework agreement with several operators, which means that the service will not be granted exclusively to a single firm. The City Council will approve the five best participating companies to create a panel of suppliers to which it will resort quickly according to the needs of each event. In this way, the local administration gains organizational flexibility and guarantees technical response capacity to cover the municipality's intense cultural activity simultaneously or successively.
This contract includes covering a wide variety of activities in the municipality's cultural, educational, children's, and social dynamization fields. Among the events included in this scope are children's and youth workshops, parades, theater plays, art exhibitions, galas, gastronomic or plaza dynamization activities, as well as magic shows, comedy, or literary presentations.
For all of this, the council seeks external support in tasks such as operational planning, assembly and disassembly of stages and infrastructure, sound or lighting, as well as the auxiliary personnel necessary during the events.
Although the initial duration of the contract is one year, the estimated global value reaches 454,186 euros when considering the annual extensions planned for three subsequent fiscal years. Interested entities have until October 19 to send their technical and economic proposals to the local administration.
