The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa has presented in a press conference the official postage stamp that commemorates its two decades of institutional trajectory on the islands. The presentation event is added to the agenda of initiatives that the corporation has been developing on the occasion of its twenty years dedicated to the support and dynamization of the island's economic fabric.

The appearance featured interventions by the president of the Chamber, José Valle Martínez, and the manager of Retail Business and Services of the Insular Area of Correos, Jonathan Martín González.

During his speech, José Valle reviewed the impact of the institution on Lanzarote and La Graciosa, pointing out that this twentieth anniversary "consolidates twenty years of constant work for and by our companies, self-employed workers, and entrepreneurs."

Regarding the value of this initiative, Valle explained that the institution sought a tangible legacy that would endure over time. "This philatelic issue represents a fragment of our history. From now on, the name and pride of this milestone of the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa can accompany every shipment bearing this stamp," he stated, also thanking the support provided by Correos professionals to materialize the production of the print run.

For his part, the manager of Retail Business and Services of the Insular Area of Correos, Jonathan Martín González, congratulated the Chamber of Commerce for its trajectory, highlighting the institutional collaboration to incorporate this piece into the postal history.

With the presentation of this stamp, the institution continues with the calendar of activities for its twentieth anniversary, framed within the entity's historical commitment to business activity and the progress of island society.
