The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa is organizing the forum Digitize your SME to lead the change this Tuesday, September 23 at the Marina Innova Hub.
The event is part of the Oficinas Acelera Pyme para Kit Digital program and is an "essential forum for companies that want to take a decisive step in their digital transformation."
The conference will be opened by the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa, José Valle Martínez, who will highlight the importance of digital transformation as a fundamental pillar for the economic and business development of the island.
The meeting will feature the participation of two international references in the field of technology and innovation: Enrique Dans and Julián Isla, who will share their knowledge about the real impact of artificial intelligence and the opportunities it offers to SMEs.
Enrique Dans, professor of Innovation and Technology at IE Business School, is one of the most influential technology communicators in the Spanish-speaking world.
His presentation will address how SMEs can take advantage of these tools to be more competitive and sustainable.
For his part, Julián Isla provides the practical vision of artificial intelligence applied to the well-being of people. A computer engineer at Microsoft and president of the 29 Foundation, he has developed AI projects aimed at improving the health, inclusion and quality of life of vulnerable groups.
The main protagonist of the forum will be the Kit Digital, an initiative of the Government of Spain designed to promote the digital transformation of SMEs through subsidies and specialized advice. During the event, it will be explained how to apply for these grants and, above all, how to use them effectively to promote the growth and digital transformation of the business.
