The Volvo Experience 2026 begins to showcase one of the main protagonists of its fourth edition: its gastronomic proposal. A selection created to turn the night of next September 26th into a journey of different flavors, techniques, and products where Lanzarotean cuisine will be predominant. The event is scheduled to start at 8:00 PM.
Gastronomy will thus once again occupy a central place within an experience that combines high-level cuisine, business relations, and entertainment. The 2026 edition brings together 18 establishments, including restaurants, producers, and firms specializing in pastry, with more than 10,000 tastings, which will contribute their own identity to a proposal conceived to offer variety and quality throughout the evening.
This year's menu particularly highlights products from Lanzarote and the Canary Islands —with references to black pork, Lanzarote kid goat, rock octopus, sweet potato, prickly pear, or farm products—, combining them with contemporary preparations and international flavors. Red tuna, aged meats, Japanese cuisine, Indian cuisine, rice dishes, and a wide sweet selection complete a particularly diverse gastronomic journey.
This is the gastronomic proposal planned for Volvo Experience 2026:
• Brisa Marina — Mini brioche of red tuna tartare, yuzu mayo, and "ZAR" beluga caviar; and sea bass treated like a ceviche with jalapeño gazpacho.
• La Bodega de Santiago — Truffled tuna toast; and black pork saam with strawberry hoisin.
• Ahumadería de Uga — Smoked salmon in Uga.
• Dunas de Famara — Crispy black pork with sweet potato and roasted apple; and mango and red shrimp aguachile with avocado cream.
• Alarz — Braised pork cheeks in fried mantou and chipotle emulsion.
• La Casa del Parmigiano — Savarin brioche with Mortadella di Bologna IGP, melted provolone, and citrus mayonnaise.
• Kentia — Sea urchin croquette; and cone with squid cream, guanciale, and onion.
• La Cascada Puerto — Aged meats.
• Shibumi — Crunchy salmon roll; and kakuni-style Iberian pork gyoza.
• Kaori — Salmon nigiri with yuzu and laksa powder; garlic Japanese edamame; and tuna sukiyaki futomaki.
• Ecofinca Vega Costa — Rock octopus stew with organic potatoes and vegetables from the farm.
• La Honorable — Cornmeal bread toast with pork cheeks, smoked cheese, and prickly pear jam.
• Mumbai Masala — Lanzarote kid curry with basmati rice; white chicken tikka with cardamom and yogurt cream; chicken 65 pintxos; garlic naan and butter naan.
• Long Beach Club — Rice restaurant (Seafood and Meat Rice Dishes).
• Arenas Lounge — Scallops.
• Bombonería La Corona — Assorted bonbons with yuzu, passion fruit, raspberry, amarena cherry, salted caramel, hazelnut, pistachio, almond, rum, and coffee, as well as ganache tarts with cheese.
• Adelia — 70% chocolate brownie; almond macarons filled with truffle cheese; semi-cold chocolate with semi-spicy mango; banana cake in mini portions; and exotic fruit salad cups.
• Sol Vega Dulces y Eventos — Cocoa and Baileys bites, pistachio cookies, double chocolate and Nutella cookies, mini alfajores with chocolate and raspberries, dulce de leche and coconut alfajores, lemon pie bites, coffee mimos, and cheesecake cups with blackberry jam.
The selection reflects the evolution that Volvo Experience has undergone since its first editions: it is not only about bringing together different restaurants, but about building a complete gastronomic experience, in which each establishment contributes a recognizable dish and allows the public to discover different ways of understanding cuisine.
The local product will have a particularly significant weight. The kid goat from Lanzarote, organic farm vegetables, black pork, prickly pear or salmon made in Uga will coexist with techniques and flavors from other cuisines, resulting in a proposal in which tradition, creativity and innovation share the spotlight, highlighting the collaboration in the event of Volcanic Experience and Saborea Lanzarote.
The sweet aspect also gains importance in this edition. Bombonería La Corona, Adelia and Sol Vega will complete the tour with chocolates, macarons, brownies, cakes, alfajores, cookies and small pastry creations designed to conclude the gastronomic experience.
Beyond the kitchen, Volvo Experience 2026 will once again bring together brands, professionals and entrepreneurs in an environment designed to foster relationships and networking, one of the elements that have contributed to consolidating the event within the social and business calendar of the Canary Islands. The organization is carried out by DO EVENTOS, with Volvo and Banco Santander as the main sponsors of this fourth edition.
The event location has not yet been revealed by the organization. Volvo Experience 2026 thus returns to propose a night to discover, share and savor Lanzarote from a different perspective, bringing together gastronomy, business and entertainment in the same experience.
