The Chamber of Commerce of Lanzarote and La Graciosa organizes the training "Video Game Production". An intensive 30-hour bootcamp financed by the Cabildo de Lanzarote.

The training, given by professionals from ACADEVI, the Canary Islands Association of Video Game Developers, aims to provide students with the tools and knowledge necessary to manage and lead video game projects, from their conceptualization to their market launch. They will learn to manage the different development milestones and manage the human and technical resources that make it possible to bring a video game to the commercial sphere.

In the Canary Islands there is a growing demand for specialized profiles in production, an essential role, but with few professionals in our islands. This program is designed both to improve the employability of those seeking to join the sector, and to promote entrepreneurship and the creation of new studios or independent projects.

A sector that generates more revenue than cinema and music combined

With a booming market, it is necessary to prepare professionals specialized in production within the video game sector, an industry that has consolidated over the years and that can be a way of economic diversification for the island of Lanzarote.

Dates and registration

The training will be held online from September 8, 2025. The last training day will be in person on September 26 and a closing event will be held in person on October 2, 2025.

Participation is free, but places are limited. Prior registration is required at www.camaralanzarote.org/videojuegos

Registration is open until September 3, 2025 or until vacancies are filled.
