A night under the Michelin star at Shibumi Japanese Cuisine

There are dates that are marked on the calendar with the certainty of not wanting to miss them. On June 22, the restaurant Shibumi Japanese Cuisine will become, for one night only, the stage for one of the most outstanding gastronomic events of the season. The occasion: the visit of Yoshikazu Yanome, a chef awarded with a Michelin Star and founder of Kaido Sushi Bar in Valencia, one of the great references of authorial Japanese cuisine in Spain.

Yanome will share the kitchen with Héctor Ribeiro, Shibumi's head chef, in a format created specifically for the occasion: a four-hands dinner conceived as a dialogue between two sensibilities that share the same pursuit of perfection. The exclusive menu that both chefs have crafted together explores Japanese tradition, reinterpreting it with contemporary creativity, dish by dish.

Recognized in the Spanish gastronomic scene for his impeccable technique and deep respect for the product, Yanome has built a restaurant in Valencia that is now a benchmark for lovers of high-level Japanese cuisine. His presence in Lanzarote represents something rare: an encounter that will not be repeated.

The experience will be available in two options. The tasting menu at 95 euros per person offers a complete journey through the flavors of the evening. For those who desire maximum intimacy, the Omakase option at 150 euros reserves a space for only six diners, with a progression entrusted entirely to the chefs' creativity. Both options do not include drinks.
