What has this past year meant after moving to the new facilities?
It has represented a very important evolution for the project, as well as an improvement in the attention and follow-up by the team. The new space has allowed us to grow, greatly improve the customer experience, and elevate the concept of a clinic that we wanted to convey. We have noticed significant growth as a brand and also a very important increase in new reviews.
What currently differentiates Nagari Wellness from other centers?
Our main value is real personalization. We do not believe in standard treatments or identical protocols for everyone. Each person requires a prior assessment and an approach completely adapted to their needs.
In Nagari we design personalized programs combining different technologies and treatments strategically, always seeking natural, harmonious, and coherent results with each client or patient.
But, furthermore, we believe that Nagari goes far beyond the traditional concept of a clinic or aesthetic center.
We have created different spaces and concepts designed to transform the experience of people who choose us to enjoy exclusive, more sensorial, and personalized treatments.
One of them is our Nagari Bar, a wellness space where we offer medicinal infusions, detox drinks, collagen cocktails, or a glass of cava, always taking care of every detail.
We also have our Skin Bar, an area dedicated to personalized facial diagnosis and advice, where we carry out product tests adapted to the needs of each skin.
We believe it is very important that the client not only receives a recommendation, but can experience the textures, sensations, and comfort that the products provide before incorporating them into their routine.
After the initial assessment, we deliver personalized sample sets for them to be tested at home, and subsequently schedule a new appointment after a few days, to assess how the skin has responded and create the ideal facial care routine in each case.
All of this is part of a philosophy where we seek for each person who enters Nagari to live something much more complete than a simple treatment.
Do you still maintain the wellness essence that has always characterized Nagari?
Absolutely. Although we have evolved a lot medically-aesthetically and technologically, we continue to maintain the same essence that has always defined Nagari, this being one of our great pillars. Massages, rituals, and wellness treatments continue to have a very important demand within the clinic.
For us, it is not only about performing treatments, but about creating authentic wellness experiences. We take great care of the attention, the atmosphere, the support, and all the details that make each person live a completely different experience.
Among the wide variety of treatments Nagari offers, which one would you highlight?
In general, all our treatments and services have high demand, but we can highlight a service that throughout the year has great acceptance and loyalty, our Gift Vouchers, due to the experiential and premium concept we offer.
Many people seek to give well-being, disconnection, and self-care as gifts, and that has been part of Nagari's essence since our beginnings.
How would you define Nagari's work philosophy?
Our philosophy is based on uniting well-being, aesthetics, and aesthetic medicine within the same experience. Over time, we have transferred that essence that we already applied in wellness and aesthetics also to the area of aesthetic medicine, creating a much more integral, advanced, and exclusive concept.
This year they have also made a significant technological investment. What would you highlight?
During this past year, we have made one of the most important technological investments of our career, incorporating the latest generation InMode platform which includes the Morpheus8 medical technologies and Lumecca Peak IPL.
We are currently the only clinic in Lanzarote to have this technology, equipment that we usually find in high-level hospitals and medical-aesthetic clinics.
The incorporation of these platforms arises from a real need that we detected over time, as many patients residing in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura had to travel to other islands to access advanced treatments for rejuvenation, skin quality, and non-surgical facial remodeling.
Furthermore, at Nagari, we collaborate with different clinics and surgeons in the archipelago, which has allowed us to work with a much more advanced and updated vision of aesthetic medicine.
Our objective has always been to bring high-end, safe, and minimally invasive treatments closer to our patients, avoiding travel in many cases to access this type of technology.
What importance does technology have in the day-to-day of the clinic?
Technology occupies a fundamental role within our work philosophy, always understood as a tool at the service of diagnosis, personalization, and preventive treatments.
Currently, we work with advanced equipment such as LPG Alliance, Dalyance, Linfopress Evolution Pro, and I-Motion EMS, in addition to the aforementioned latest-generation medical-aesthetic platforms.
All of this allows us to design much more precise, personalized, and effective treatments, adapting to the specific needs of each person.
Furthermore, we complement each assessment with advanced diagnostic systems such as Observ 530 and InBody, which help us perform more complete and objective analyses both at the facial and body level.
What objectives does Nagari Wellness have for this new stage?
Our objective is to continue growing solidly and to continue positioning ourselves as a premium reference clinic in Lanzarote within the wellness and medical-aesthetic sector.
