The President of the Parliament of the Canary Islands, Gustavo Matos, has received Their Majesties the Three Wise Men from the East at the headquarters of the Chamber.
During the visit, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar told some of the anecdotes of their trip to the Canary Islands, marked this year by the health and mobility conditions imposed in each country in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
To avoid any possible incidents during this night of January 5, Matos gave them an official document that will allow them to travel throughout the Canary Islands and reach the homes of the eight islands to deliver gifts to boys and girls.
After the conversation with the president, Their Majesties signed the book of honor of the Parliament of the Canary Islands. To conclude the visit, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltasar toured the Chamber headquarters with the president and showed special interest in the plenary hall.
