The President of the Canary Islands, Fernando Clavijo (CC), has congratulated the former Canarian President, Ángel Víctor Torres, as Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, wishing him "all the luck in the world" in that position.
On his social networks, Fernando Clavijo said that it is always a reason for joy that a Canarian is part of the Council of Ministers, and added that the successes of Ángel Víctor Torres as minister will be "those of all".
Ángel Víctor Torres was the President of the Canary Islands during the previous legislature, in a pact of his party, the PSOE, with Podemos, Nueva Canarias and Agrupación Socialista Gomera.
