A mother of a student from the Rafael Cedrés public school, in Tías, has reported to La Voz that the center has a flea infestation for "some time". According to her, the presence of these fleas is due to dogs and cats entering the facilities at night and doing their business there.

"Our children appear every day full of bites," says this mother, who explains that they spoke with the school principal, who referred her to the City Council. According to her, the director of Rafael Cedrés told the parents to propose to the City Council to "raise the walls" of the school to prevent animals from entering.

"I think it's an absurd answer. Some children's bites don't heal from one time to another," says this mother, who is tired of this whole story and no longer knows who to turn to to express her complaint. "They don't listen to us anywhere," she says.

Therefore, she begs the relevant authorities to try to find a solution to this situation that affects the students of this school.
