Expresses her gratitude "to anyone, healthcare professionals or not, including patients, who contributed compassion, empathy and generosity" towards her mother and herself during their stay at Molina Orosa

Lanzarote Hospital

The daughter of a woman who was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Molina Orosa Hospital wanted to express her gratitude "to the entire" healthcare team that cared for her mother, for the "excellent treatment" she received while hospitalized.

According to her explanation, her mother, named Isabel Magdaleno Herrero, was admitted on June 2nd and 3rd. "Although I only knew the names of Iván, Vanessa, Samuel, and Eli, my recognition goes to everyone," she states in a letter sent to La Voz. "I am left with your professionalism, your gestures, and 100% empathetic looks," adds Maribel.

This woman also thanks "anyone, healthcare professionals or not, including patients, who contributed compassion, empathy, and generosity" towards her mother and herself during their stay at the hospital. Among them, she mentions "Anaysi, Ángel Gato" and "the rehabilitation doctor and her assistant."

"To other people like Raquel Toral, Teresa Torres, Dolores Alcaraz, Jaime Martín, Aurora Cabrera Arencibia... THANK YOU... you most likely don't even remember who my mother was, but your gestures at a given moment will always make me remember who you are and how you are. In short, my utmost gratitude to everyone who at some point participated, in some way on the island, in improving her health," she concludes.
