Paloma Ceballos found a dog alone on the 5th, walking through the Bingo area, in Arrecife. "No one has claimed it" and she went to the vet to try to find its owners, "but it doesn't have a chip", she says.
The dog is black and wears a green collar. It is a male chihuahua.
