A neighbor has contacted La Voz to complain about some garbage bags that have been "dumped" in the Julio Blancas passage in Arrecife since last Thursday. "Someone passed by and left them there and the next one did the same. Now, they keep leaving bags in this place," he said.
This citizen has contacted both Urbaser and the Arrecife City Council so that "someone comes to remove" these waste, but so far "no one has done anything."
