"Last night when I was leaving work I had a traffic accident and when I fell off my motorbike I hit my chest against the curb. It wasn't serious, although at that moment I couldn't breathe. But the reason for my message is to thank the magnificent professionals who work in the ambulance service, who hours after the accident came back to the emergency room to ask about my condition.
I also want to thank the Emergency Service, where I had to stay all night, made up of professionals who, despite the difficult times they have to go through, attend with a smile and a joke to take the heat off and a humanity for which I will never be grateful enough. They even attended to me well past their shift to explain everything to me.
Unfortunately, I don't remember names, I only retained María's, Carlos's and Fernando's, but there were many more. To all of them, infinite thanks.
On the other hand, tell the Arrecife City Council that the poor condition of the road accessing the hospital from the gas station is deplorable. It is not just a bad image, it is the pain that is suffered in each pothole when there are broken bones. Aren't you in election season? Less paint on the walls, fewer flowers and prioritize the important things, the first order ones. That should be your service to the citizens".
