The Unión Deportiva Lanzarote squad has a new member, with the signing of Asturian player Daniel Peláez. The player arrived on the island of Lanzarote on Monday at noon and in the afternoon he joined Luis Rueda. Peláez completed his first training session with the rest of his teammates.
Daniel Peláez Bellido, was born on April 4, 1986 in Gijón (Asturias). He is a left-wing lane player, who can play both as a full-back and as an inside player. Peláez stands out for his versatility on the field, and on more than one occasion he has played as a central defender or midfielder.
The Asturian player defended the colors of Málaga CF's subsidiary in the Third Division last season and was in the plans of the first team on several occasions. He made his debut in the Second Division A with Málaga CF in a match against Castellón. He also entered several calls from the first team and played in some Copa del Rey matches.
Pelaéz trained in the lower categories of Sporting de Gijón and before his arrival at Málaga CF, he spent two seasons at Unión Club Ceares in the Third Division of Asturias. The player landed in Lanzarote at noon on Monday and in the afternoon he joined Luis Rueda, thus completing his first training session with the red team.
As for the afternoon training, it was based on tactical work. The youth goalkeeper [Oscar->http://oscars-awards.com] Montelongo joined the training and together with Marino performed several specific goalkeeper exercises. The preparatory session ended with a match in the middle of the field, with Rueda dividing the squad into two teams.
UD Lanzarote will return to training on Tuesday and will do so with a new double work session. The morning training will begin at 09:30 hours and the afternoon session has been scheduled for 18:00 hours.
