Resounding victory for Ca´Mario Lanzarote against CD Urci Almería (30-20)

Good start to the season for Ca´Mario Lanzarote San José Obrero in the Men's National First Division Handball League. The Lanzarote team added their third victory of the season on Saturday afternoon, winning 30-20 against CD Urci Almería. A placid match played by the players trained by Joaquín Ruiz, who were always ahead on the scoreboard and increasing the differences as the match progressed.

From the beginning, Ca´Mario Lanzarote San José Obrero took control of the game. A game that was based on the strong defense that left no fissures and an attack that always chose the best option. Most of the attacks of San José Obrero came through the center, with Vicente Poveda and Alexis Rodríguez taking the initiative.

A 4-0 run put the score at 6-2 in the 12th minute of the first half, a circumstance that forced the coach of Urci Almería to request the first timeout. After the indications from the bench, Urci Almería was able to withstand the onslaught of Ca´Mario Lanzarote San José Obrero. Despite the superiority, San José Obrero failed to increase the differences above five goals.

David Betancort occupied the right wing, Javier Betancort also enjoyed minutes and Gerardo Arrocha replaced Pablo Chantada under the posts in the final stretch of the match. The difference on the scoreboard was above seven goals for a good part of the period.

Ca´Mario Lanzarote San José Obrero scored a comfortable victory by 30 to 20 against Urci Almería, a result that allows them to lead the classification of their group of the Men's National First Division together with BM Los Dolmenes. Without time for rest, on Tuesday night San José Obrero faces a new day, facing Maristas de Málaga, a team that has added two victories and one defeat.
