One-goal draw in the match played on Sunday morning between Unión Puerto and U.D. Lanzarote, in a match with little football and a lot of divided ball.
The first half passed with few chances and the game was stopped for quite a few moments. In the midst of this vagueness, Unión Puerto had a clear chance in the 38th minute of the match, when Cristian appeared alone in front of Agoney, his shot being rejected by the visiting goalkeeper. Shortly after, Chata put the local team ahead after finishing from inside the area. The score was 1-0 at halftime.
The second half started and U.D. Lanzarote took a step forward, being more aggressive, more intense and generating more offensive play. Thus, Álex Cruz took advantage of a long ball, anticipated the local goalkeeper, Paquito, and scored the equalizer at 1 in the 50th minute of the match.
With the score tied, the rojillo team was the one that tried to complete the comeback, intensifying its offensive actions, while Unión Puerto opted to develop a slower game.
The visiting team had two good chances through a free kick executed by Miguel Gómez that was deflected by the goalkeeper and through Álex Cruz who received a ball on the left side of the area and his shot was deflected by the goalkeeper. In the 77th minute of the match, Unión Puerto was left with 10 players after the right back Roberto received the second yellow card, as a result of which he was sent off.
In the final minutes, both teams had some approach to the rival area but the score would not move, reaching the conclusion of the ninety minutes with a one-goal draw on the scoreboard.
Maxi Barrera's pupils will play their next match at home, receiving Villa de Santa Brígida next Sunday at the Ciudad Deportivas de Arrecife starting at 12 noon.

He expelled the delegate of Unión Puerto, Marcial Padilla, as well as the visiting coach Maxi Barrera, and the visiting player Miguel Gómez was also expelled, once the match was over, while he was heading to the dressing room tunnel. He showed yellow cards to local players Felipe, Álex, David, koné, Amine and Cristian, as well as to visiting players Gastón and Castaño.
