Without wasting time. The sports management of CD Teguise has worked on finding a substitute for the bench of its youth team, after the resignation of Narciso Padrón last Saturday. Francisco Díaz Romero "Cuco" will take over the reins of the team and his objective will be to consolidate the project in the División de Honor Juvenil.
The events have accelerated within CD Teguise. Nobody expected the resignation of Narciso Padrón as coach of the youth team and that caught the members of the squad by surprise. Narciso Padrón had been considering the possibility of stepping aside for days, due to the differences he had with the club's sports management.
The sports management of CD Teguise has already found a substitute for the bench of the youth team. Francisco Díaz Romero "Cuco", reached a verbal agreement with CD Teguise on Monday afternoon, which will have to be reflected with the signing of the contract. Even, Cuco led his first training session on Monday afternoon, meeting all the members of the División de Honor Juvenil team squad.
Francisco Díaz Romero "Cuco" was in charge of coordinating the base of Orientación Marítima last season, and finished the season as coach of the Third Division team, after the resignation of Enrique Pérez. Cuco has coached teams such as CD Teguise, Unión Sur Yaiza, CD Lomo or Haría CF, among others.
In the first training session led by Cuco at the head of the CD Teguise youth team, the coach asked the squad for commitment or, above all, work.
