Club Baloncesto Maramajo "Teguise 600 Years of History" has closed an agreement with Club Baloncesto Grubati for this season. The "tiger" team and the one from La Villa sign a collaboration agreement, beneficial for both sports entities and which will be reflected with a team that will compete in the Interinsular Senior Men's Basketball League.
The agreement, endorsed by the presidents of both clubs, Antonio Díaz and Jonatan Castellano, will link the senior team of Club Baloncesto Grubati with Club Baloncesto Maramajo "Teguise 600 Years of History" this season. The team, which will be called Grupo Decoo Teguise, will compete in the Interinsular Senior Men's Basketball League, a category that starts this coming weekend.
CB Maramajo "Teguise 600 Years of History" will contribute an economic part to CB Grubati to cover the interinsular competition and will provide them with the equipment to compete. In addition, three players from the team chaired by Jonatan Castellano become part of the First Autonomous team trained by Pablo Melo.
The Interinsular Senior Men's League begins this weekend, with Grupo Decoo Teguise having to play on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. against Lanzabasket El Indio Motos. CB Maramajo "Teguise 600 Years of History" continues with its preparation for the competition and will travel to Gran Canaria this weekend, carrying out a series of training sessions at the facilities of the Pabellón Campus de Tafira.
