It hasn't even been 4 years since I bought my Nissan Almera, with the offer of 5 years warranty (3 years plus 2 extension). Last week I went to have the airbag and radiator fixed (things covered by the warranty) when they told me that since my car was more than 3 years old, it no longer had a warranty. But how! It was all a FRAUD by NISSAN - JOSE VIDOSA, the seller, F.C., in his eagerness to sell us the car had lied to us. Now, we don't have any paper to prove that it had those two extra years of extension as the seller promised and offered. And what can we do? Well, we pay for the repair, almost 1000 ? with VAT and labor included! There are no bargains and if they are true... ask for it in writing and well signed, then come the surprises.
